Kathleen Lefcourt

Kathleen Lefcourt joined Elk Hill in April 2021 and brings with her a wealth of experience in nonprofit philanthropy, marketing, and leadership. Hailing from the Seattle area, she has spent most of her fundraising career in education – everything from preschool through community college – and also has a strong background in workforce development and health care. Ms. Lefcourt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Saint Martin’s University.

Kathleen and her husband live in the Charlottesville area and are exploring the beautiful state of Virginia as they settle into their new home.
