Tammy Johnston has been with Elk Hill since 2010 as a Program Director at the Spring Garden Group Home for girls. She was promoted in 2015 to her current position as Director of Residential Services. She has over 20 years of experience working with youth and families within mental health and residential settings. Ms. Johnston received her BA from the University of Virginia and her Master's in Social work from West Virginia University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She also earned a certificate in Trauma Treatment and Healthcare Administration from the University of Maryland. She has served on FAPTs in several counties and continues to advocate for youth and their families in various capacities.
