Elk Hill is grateful for the generosity of our donors, and we are committed to providing ethical and respectful service and support. We are committed to upholding the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Donor Bill of Rights. Donor information is stored in a secure, password protected, encrypted database, and kept confidential to the extent provided by state law. We never share our donor mailing list with any other organizations.
The transmission of sensitive payment information (such as a credit card number) through our designated purchase forms is protected by an industry standard SSL/TLS encrypted connection; and we regularly maintain a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) certification.
