Diana Hudgins
Chief Human Resources Officer
Diana Hudgins joined the Elk Hill team in December of 2021. She has extensive experience with Human Resources coupled with a passion for mentoring and developing team members to ensure they achieve professional success.
Diana’s past experience includes providing leadership and support for multi-national and multi-state organizations. She holds a bachelor's degree in science from Randolph-Macon College and an MBA from South University. Additionally, Diana holds a Certified Professional designation by the Society of Human Resources Management Human Capital Strategist certification from the Human Capital Institute and is an LMR Quest Class of 2024 graduate.
Diana is active in many volunteer organizations and serves on the Board of Directors for the Richmond Area Mothers of Multiples and Medical Home Plus (MHP). She resides on a farm in Goochland County with her husband and twin boys.
